Valbona Begolli is a visionary leader and one of the most prominent voices in women’s entrepreneurship in Albania. With over 15 years of experience in management, business strategy, and professional development, she currently serves as the Executive Director of Albacademy, a center of excellence in training and capacity building, part of the renowned AlbGroup.
Since 2013, Valbona has also been a certified expert and trainer in professional development, having designed tailored programs focused on skill-building and mentoring for individuals and small businesses. She has successfully managed regional projects, providing support services to SMEs with a focus on local economic development and the empowerment of women entrepreneurs.
Valbona firmly believes that women’s empowerment is not just a goal—but a mission. With integrity, professionalism, and a deep passion for development, she continues to inspire a new generation of women leaders in Albania and beyond.
